Johnny Coleclough was born in Newton Heath, Manchester, UK

as a child his parents bought him an accordion which he taught himself to

play, he took this to Egypt during his national service, and later played

with various bands, orchestra's and his own trio, where he developed his ability further.


He was fortunate enough to have people like Rudi Mancini and Mantovani among his mentors.

Resident at Manchester Piccadilly Bier Kellar for years

He was President of Stockport Accordion Club for some years until leaving to live in Spain in 2011
